| A Helmet formerly owned by the Gilbert Building Company. Inside the hat a label says "V-Gard (R) Portective Hat or cap adjustable head sizes 6 1/2 through 7 3/4. U.S. Patent No. Des. 194,305, 2,853,708, 3,500,474. Patented in Canada 1962. This hat or cap complies with ANSI Z89.1-1969 CLASS 'A' ANSI Z89.2 1971 CLASS 'B' Safety requirements for industrial head protection. MSA Mine Safety Appliances Company Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., 15208. AP 2701 REV 2 995974." There is a booklet with instructions about how to adjust the hat, etc. inside the hat. The inside of the hat has grey, cloth and plastic, suspension. |
