Description
A study of flowers arranged in a garland with pinks and pansies and blue flowers. Often Norcross would flatten the space, with the confusion of forms contained within that space. Here she emphasizes strong colors and contrasting shapes. In all her floral subjects, the artists decorative sense and artist's angle of view seems as if she is preparing her canvas along the way for her Impressionistic faience, porcelin and china patterns.
