Description

| To provide minimum requirements to safeguard life and limb, health, and public welfare, and the protection of property as it relates to these safeguards by regulating and controlling the design, construction, prefabrication, equipment or appliance installation, quality of materials, use and occupancy location and repair of detached one or two family dwellings, not more than three stories in height. Includes Summit County Building Code amendment. |
