Description
A series of five photocopied photographs of a typical 1920's New York City apartment. Images are of a bedroom, hallway, and three different images of a living area. A handwritten note by Robert L. Hunker attached to the photographs reads: "Typical N.Y.C. apt. of the 1920's. This is special as it was home, when not sailing the world in her plane, yacht, etc., to Marguerite Wilson, the first woman pilot, mother of my very close friend Audrey Wilson Gibbs Hale. The Wilsons were Canadian, made a fortune in wine & liquor imports. The Kennedys of Canada. Also in politics etc."
