There are several interesting notes concerning this book. The book was given to Robert L. Hunker by the author, Anna Madarasz. The author has written a personal note on the title page as follows: "May this increase your understanding and appreciation of Pittsburgh glass-Anna Madarasz." Robert L. Hunker has written the following note on the title page: "Sunday Aprill (sic) 22, 2007 at Old Economy Village Penn. (above Sewickley) Pa." Also, Mr. Hunker wanted it noted that on page 66, there is a photograph of several pieces of pressed glass manufactured by Adams and Co. in the "Wildflower" pattern. He owns 46 pieces of this type of glass. |
