Notes Dr. Edward Succhard, a bachelor orthodontist, asked Robert L. Hunker to do his offices then to redesign a "catalog plan" colonial columned house for him to build in Peninsula about 1961-62. Robert L. Hunker added and changed several times - a very nice residence furnished with antique rugs, carpets, furniture, and accessories.

The house was then purchased by the Bernard Lerner family and Robert L. Hunker made further changes. Around 1993 it was sold to George and Rosemary Zampelli who built a large Tudor style house around it.
