| Description |
Soviet Art Piece. Etched glass in 11" round glass barrel. At the top of the barrel, there is an inscription with Lily Fleder name and the rest is in Russian. Date: 10 14 92. Form is hand wrought candlestick of silver type metal with hurrican shade. Where the base meets the barrel there are leaves surrounding the glass. The same leaf design is etched throughout the barrel of the glass. |

Trophy, Russinan Present to American Lily Fleder, Peninsula by 5 Russian sailors who sailed their hand constructed concrete sailboat from Volgograd to Cleveland, Ohio for the gathering of the Tall Ships in New York City. Sailor and boat were sponsored by Robert L. Hunker through his Cleveland Yachting Club, Rocky River where they docked the boat---3 sailors stayed with Robert and were entertained at dinner and The Bath Country Beagels Fox Hunt on The Raymond Firestone Estate.
