Museum Objects
Our museum objects are representative of a wide range of decorative arts; architectural & interior design furnishings and samples; historic building artifacts; interior & exterior building furnishings; and the history of Peninsula, the surrounding area including the Cuyahoga Valley through the Ohio & Erie Canal era to the present day.
Our collections come from many sources, including the Hunker - Brown family and local residents of Peninsula like the Conger's, Fleder's, Bishop's, and many others. The Foundation is grateful and encouraged by the participation of local residents in the preservation of Peninsula's important and fascinating history.
Be sure to check out the expansive collection of objects at the G.A.R. Hall & Civil War Museum and the Bronson Church. Come visit! The G.A.R. Hall and Bronson Church are open on Saturdays & Sundays from 12-4pm.
