Admin/Biog History Ernestine Hilton was an educator and activist for children's rights from 1940 to 1970. She was active in the local, state, and national PTA. She served as the president of the Washington State PTA in the late 1960's. During the period from 1946 to 1999 Ernestine and Earl Hilton ran the Rocky Pine Ranch, a dairy operation near Cheney, Wa.
