Christmas greeting postcard. Illustration of fireplace mantle hung with two large stockings and one small stocking. Mantle is embellished with a candle and garland of holly. Greeting reads, "To You--Merry Christmas May your stocking be filled with many a toy, And the song in your heart be, "Joy, Joy, Joy"". Verso of card has hand-written message addressed to Mrs. Schmutz of Ann Arbor, MI. The stamp has been removed but it was cancelled in Detroit, MI. Dec. 23, 1915. |
