Description 
This is a WWI era postcard. This postcard was manufactured by the Illustrated Postal Card & Novelty Co. of New York. It depicts an American doughboy apprehending a goose-stepping Kaiser Wilhelm with the inscription, "I'm training for this". The verso of the card bears this handwritten message; "Hoot Mon Well Warner how are you. Am feeling fine drilling hard every day hope you are feeling the Bluest. Charlie" It is addressed to Mr. Warner Laurence 74 Third St. Gloversville, N.Y. The card was post marked in Spartanburg, SC at 5 PM on June 5, 1918.
